MARGIN: 0px 10px 10px 0px; CURSOR: hand" height="325" alt="" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_1orMFFVeF20/RvaAZ_B4T8I/AAAAAAAAAAk/WoXAeUT0icA/s320/ACELGAS+CON+ANCHOAS.jpg" width="241" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;INGREDIENTES:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 Kg. de acelgas&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 cabeza de ajo&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 cebolleta picada fina&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;12 filetes de anchoas en conserva&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Aceite de oliva&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Agua y sal&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ELABORACIÓN:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Se cortan las acelgas en trozos de 3 cm&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;aproximadamente y se cuecen en agua con&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;sal, junto con la cabeza de ajo entera y sin&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;pelar.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Una vez cocido, se escurren las acelgas y se&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;reservan. Se pela la cabeza de ajo y se hace&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;puré con ella.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;En una sartén con aceite se pocha la cebolleta&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;cuando este dorada se añaden las anchoas &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;picadas y el puré de ajo, se rehoga y se añaden&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;las acelgas.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Se forran varios moldes de silicona para muffins&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;con pasta filo cortada en cuadraditos, se rellena&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;con las acelgas y se introduce en el horno hasta &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;que la pasta filo empize a dorarse.
